What information should be provided to apply for lifting machinery installation in China?

(1) Application form for hoisting machinery equipment in quadruplicate (Stamped with the seal of installed units and the use of units);
(2) Effective installation qualification certificate of the installation units;
(3) Safety production license of construction enterprise;
(4) A copy each of the installation plan and foundation scheme (sealed by the installation units, the use units and supervision units, and have the corresponding technical director signature);
(5) A single type two copies of concealed engineering acceptance (must have the project director to sign, supervision company seal);
(6) Security measures review from the safety management department;
(7) Product certificate, certificate of inspection from hoisting machinery factory.

The Hoisting Machinery Equipment should be inspected by the statutory inspection agency after installation. After check in conformity with the requirements, should issue the use card. This card should be placed on or attached to the prominent position of the device.
