 1. The gantry crane must be passed inspection by the relevant units before use. The mechanical equipment, electrical parts and insurance protection devices should be checked carefully before running, must make sure they are in good condition and reliable. If the main accessories, such as the controller, brake, stop, bell, emergency switch are failure, hoisting is forbidden.

2. The crane operators must have training; should have an understanding of gantry crane’s mechanical structure and performance; must have certificates; must focus at work; must have enough sleep; aerial work must fasten the seat belt.

3. The crane driver must operate after confirming of the command signal, should ring before driving the crane.

4. Work at night should have sufficient lighting.

5. The crane driver must be done carefully "Ten don't hanging".

6. When crane is running, it is forbidden to anyone up and down. Also not for maintenance and adjustment at runtime.

7. When the crane is lifting heavy tonnage object, first should try hanging from the ground, confirm the hanging is smooth, the brake is good, and then increases, slow running.

8. If the sudden failure caused by a fall at crane runtime, emergency measures must be taken to land at no one place.

9. When the crane stop working, must not keep the heavy weight suspended stay in the air. In the operation, if there is someone on the ground or loading heavy objects the operator should ring a warning. It is forbidden to hang things over people. Lifting objects must not be lift too high from the ground.

10. During bad weather the crane can't do the lifting job, especially in windy weather.
