Workshop overhead cranes usually repair slightly according to overhaul period. Now, the author will analyses the notices of overhead crane repairs.

1. Change wire rope of fatigue wear limit ;
2. Replace the pin bolts of seriously worn out;
3. Replace the brake block;
4. Check and replace lubricant to the transmission parts;
5. Check or replace the crane hook cover, damaged crane pulleys;
6. Change the bridge cranes' buffer spring;
7. Check the motor and safety protection device;
8. Check the abrasion of gear coupling, changing the spare parts reached the standard of unserviceable;
9. Tighten or replaced the connecting bolt;
10. Repair brake and replace wearing parts;
11. Repair lighting signal and clean up the dirt on the slide wire cables;
12. Maintain reducer, change wear part, reduce leakage
