The Working Principle of The Explosion-proof Electric Hoist

Explosion-proof electric hoist is a small light lifting equipment and has features of light weight, small size and large lifting capacity. When the plant is filled with an explosive mixture, in the premise of ensuring safety, it can be a powerful tool to improve labor productivity.

The design of explosion-proof electric hoist is referring to and absorbed the advantages of similar structure in the domestic and abroad. It not only has a lot of abroad advantages, but also has characteristic of easy maintenance, practical and reliable, low cost, etc., and which is more adapted to the actual conditions of our country.

When explosion-proof electric hoist is working, its voltage transformer plays a very important role.

So what is the working principle of voltage transformer explosion proof electric hoist?

1. Tap: to fit the needs of power grid operation, generally, there is a tap on high voltage side of transformer. It can not fully guarantee the tap Salvo, so  the 0n-load voltage regulating transformer cannot run in parallel.

2. Electric hoist voltage transformer: the primary winding turns N1 are more, the secondary winding turns N2 are less, so this can be the equivalent of a step-down transformer. When PT is at work, the primary and secondary winding will be respectively connected in parallel, which is in the primary circuit and the secondary control loop voltage coil. So if the secondary winding is shorted, it will result in a very large secondary current.

3. Hand car/ drawer: hand car and drawers are the parts of the high voltage switch-gear and low voltage switch-gear. It is installed with high voltage circuit breakers, low voltage circuit breakers, relays and other components. They have the same function with the fixed type switch-gear. The main difference is that it is convenient to the maintenance and repair of electric hoist.

Summary: Explosion-proof electric hoist is divided into three steps: in order to fit the needs of the power grid, the general transformer high voltage site  has tapped transformer; hoist voltage transformer: primary winding turns N1 are more; handcart / drawer: handcart and drawers are high pressure part of the switch-gear and low voltage switch-gear.
