1.The selection of gantry crane
It must be conformed to the relevant provisions of the general gantry crane GB/T14406—1993 and GB5905-86.
Normally, you should choose single girder crane if the lifting weight under 50t, the span within 35m, and has no other special requirements. If you demand the door leg width is big, high operation speed, or often lift the weight materials, then you should choose double girder crane.
2.Span and the cantilever length
The span of gantry crane is an important factor to affect the quality of the crane itself. When you choose the gantry crane, in the context of satisfaction with the equipment use conditions and fitting with the series span specifications, then you should try to cut the span.
3.Judge criterion of wheel track
A.It should be satisfaction with the crane safe needs of the door frame along the trajectory direction;
B.The appearance of goods dimensions need to be able to smoothly when pass the leg plane steel frame;
C.Pay attention to make the wheel track B and span S be proportional relationship, usually, take the wheel track B=(1/4—1/6)S.
4.Gantry crane distance scale assembly
In the work, it should be left some space scale among the gantry crane external dimensions, the passage of the goods, and the delivery vehicles yard, so as to load and unload operation. Usually, when delivery vehicles within the span of loading and unloading, it should adhere to more than 0.7m distance with the gate legs. When it is not in operation, it should be more than 0.5m distance, and it should be 0.5m above the distance when the goods pass through the gantry leg.
