The Reasons Why Crane Mechanical Malfunction Happen

Brake is one of the important safety components of crane, with stop hanging objects falling, parking and other functions to achieve, and only brake crane-wheelon the accuracy and integrity of production safety can be guaranteed to run cranes, crane operations in the brake system will be under-powered, sudden brake failure, brake wheel and brake pads smoke temperature is too high, the brake arm ox and other mechanical failure.

The reasons for these mechanical failure are analyzed as follows:
A. Crane brake band or brake wheel wear too much; brake with a small partial loss; main spring tune is too loose; there is grease between the brake band and the brake wheel; hinges catching place outside or excessive wear parts; entire rod locknut loose; hydraulic brake push rod loose the impeller rotation is not flexible;

B. Brake pads serious or large loss, or long stroke solenoid is stuck, the main spring failure, or damage to the main components of the brake;

C. The gap between crane brakes and pad is too large or too small.

D. Hinges have stuck place or braking torque transfer too large, or crane hydraulic cylinder pushrod loose brake is lack of oil and mixed with grease in the air, or hydraulic brake push rod loose and its use does not meet the requirements, or braking between the plate and the brake wheel dirt.
