Weight overload limiter is a protection device used on various wire rope electric hoists. The weight overload limiter is designed with humanized features and various functions to meet the requirements of different customers in different applications with the advantages of simple structure, high security, easy installation and convenient to use and maintenance, etc.

1. Application: Overload limiter is usually used on 1-32 ton hoist. As a traditional connection set, overload limiter also can be widely applied to all kinds of CD, MD electric hoist.
2. Sensor type: The sensor type of weight overload limiter is wire rope side pressure.
3. Overload capacity: The overload capacity of weight overload limiter is 1.5 times rated load.
4. Monitoring accuracy: Display error≤3%, action error≤±3%, composition error≤5%.
5. Alarm point set: Delay alarm starting point  is 105% of rated lifting capacity; immediate alarm starting point is120% of rated lifting capacity
6. Main function: The main functions of weight overload limiter is audible and visual alarm, controlling lifting.
7. Control output form: One group of normally closed contactor; capacity: 5A
8. Power: 380V,50Hz
9. Working environment: -20℃～60℃,≤90%RH
