Single girder suspension crane introduction

The single girder suspension crane is designed according to international standards. It is a kind of light duty material handling equipment, with single girder running on the suspension track, and usually equipped with CD1 and/or MD1 type electric hoist. The lifting capacity of the single girder suspension crane is 1 – 10 ton, and the span is 3 to 15 m, and the traveling speed is 20 m/min and 30m/min. Customized design is provided according to application conditions and customer requirements.

Main features of single girder suspension crane

1. One type of main girder is consisted of I-beam and channel, used for lifting small tonnage loads and the other type is consisted of U shaped steel and I- beam, used for large tonnage loads.
2. All the hoist and crane movements are independent and can be run simultaneously.
3. Electric hoist mobile power supply is constituted by flat cables or special cables.
4. The electric hoist can be selected according to your requirements.
5. Ground control method: pendant and remote control.
